Just eight months after Janet Jackson has given birth to her son Eissa Al Mana, the singer is back rocking her famous bodacious figure.

The leather-loving star hired Paulette Sybliss, a personal trainer and bodybuilder from London, to help her tone and tighten. There is no disappointment because mommy’s got her abs back.

Jackson, who has struggled in the past with her weight, has dropped a solid 50 pounds since the birth of the baby and not a single pound was lost with cardio.

The star committed to Sybliss four days a week for 45 minutes to an hour where they focused on weight training.

“People are quite surprised, but we did no conventional cardio the entire time we worked out together,” she said.

Truth be told, Jackson is like many of us and didn’t always enjoy logging in time at the gym.

“She didn’t look forward to any of the leg sessions. They were intense,” explained Sybliss. “They had to be intense — the bigger the muscle group, the more you’re going to have to physically work it to feel it.”

The key, according to Sybliss, is to train light and get your mind right. Perhaps it’s time to channel our inner Janet and have a funeral for fat loss.
